Michele Reina, founder of Odyssey Bar & Lounge and the London Bourbon Experience, launched Brush & Barrel™ two years ago to fuse his passion for art and whiskey. A respected figure in hospitality, Michele’s expertise spans bar consulting, menu development, and representing major spirit portfolios internationally.
After moving to London over a decade ago, Michele quickly rose through the ranks from barback to managing top cocktail venues. Self-taught in spirits science, he’s crafted over 100 unique bitters and liqueurs, pushing boundaries with creations like smoked Amaro, Liquid Panettone and sugar-free vermouth.
Michele’s passion and innovation are the driving forces behind Brush & Barrel™, making each event a truly unique celebration of creativity and craft.
