About the event
We’re keeping New Year’s Eve simple this year, good food, great music, and even better whiskey.
The Midnight Cask is our way of closing out the year with a proper Odyssey twist. The night starts with a three-course dinner and a glass of Champagne or a cocktail on arrival, followed by a slow build of music, conversation, and warmth leading up to midnight.
As the countdown hits, the lights drop, the room fills with a signature mist of oak, vanilla, and smoke, and our bartenders pour the Midnight Dram, a one-night-only serve of our in-house aged rye, finished in ex–sherry and single malt barrels.
After midnight, the energy lifts. Our resident DJ takes over with funk, soul, and groove-heavy house until 3AM.
It’s not a big production, just a night built around what we do best: good people, good drinks, and the kind of atmosphere that makes time disappear.
