FEW Spirits was born in the home of prohibition, just outside Chicago, Illinois. They create bold handcrafted spirits, and were at the forefront of the craft distilling revolution. We will be sampling 4 whiskeys showing their pioneering approach to distilling.

About the event

Join founder and master distiller Paul Hletko for a rare consumer tasting in partnership with Odyssey bar.

Paul will take guests through the tasting of his grain to glass whiskeys as well as some of his innovations, whilst telling the tale of how he came to open a distillery in the home of Prohibition.

Expect bold liquids and adventurous spirit. Following the session Paul will also be playing an acoustic live music set- one not to be missed!
