Our signature cocktail, is a bold and refreshing rendition of the classic. Our innovative citrus batch maintains the texture and flavor of lemon juice, utilizing every part of the fruit while minimizing waste.
Crafted with our unique odorless Foma, a plant-based, sustainable alternative to egg white and aquafaba, we eliminate the need for bitters or citrus zest, allowing the whiskey notes to shine through.
